i could not download last years info, it would not recognize it on my conp. it ask my several times for instance, was i on jury duty. it asked several things more than once. /in your questionnaire below you ask things that are in the very beginning of th return,

Found menus more difficult to navigate.

Currently filed my federal taxes and went back to print my state to file. The program doesn't want to allow me access to only my state forms. Wants to step me through everything. Your program used to be more intuitive and easier to navigate. Thankfully we can access assistance from a live person. Never had issues previously but this year not the same. Not sure if this is because the tax code is getting more difficult or your program is less intuitive. No crypto support. Was told to create an account online and had to enter it manually.
