Turbo Tax Deluxe 2021 is disappointing

I have been using TBD for at least 10 years and am now disappointed.
I had three problems with TBD.
1. In reviewing my state (PA) return, it claimed I had a business. I HAVE NO BUSINESS. I was unable to delete this error.
2. Somehow my schedule refund was designated to pay 2022 PA taxes. I was unable to change this designation even though I went back and specifically checked NO on paying 2022 taxes.
3. No where to turn for assistance except to BUY something first.

Check for Errors & Review Process - a Suggestion

After TT checks for errors, it takes the user to these places that need fixing, this is excellent; however, the language or wording of what TT tells the user to do, is not written clearly. It should include more precise, step-by-step directions of exactly what to do to correct the error. For example, TT may say, "Check the . . . ." When actually TT means "Place a check in the box." It's not always clear if a number is wrong, missing, or not entered in the right place."
Otherwise, TT is an excellent product. I have use it for 25 years.

I have completed my own taxes since 2008 using Turbo Tax. I have officially submitted 14 years of PERFECT tax returns with zero errors. All of my tax returns have been with awesome refunds from the IRS. Thank you Turbo Tax for making Filing Income Taxes so easy to do!

TurboTax is a Lifesaver

I have used TurboTax for many years, and have found that it is very easy to use, even for more complex tax issues, and provides great prompts to fix errors. This year I had an issue with IRS rejecting the e-file, and Customer Care was able to quickly provide help that resolved the issue resulting in an accepted filing.
