State tax download problems

First time ever I've had computer software glitches with turbotax. specifically, it would not download the state software and would get caught in an endless loop of "download state, your software is up to date, download state". Quality is slipping.

This year is BAD.

I have used TurboTax for 30 years. No problems until last year, this year is worse. I can not recommend. There has to be better products available.
