Turbo Tax is the BEST.

I have used Turbo Tax since 1974 and never had an issue with my taxes. Clearly the best and for me the easiest to use.

Easy improvements to get an "A"

I like your product and have been using it for years. A few changes you can easily make will improve it greatly. Currently, one can step through things like "Medical expenses" if itemizing....and spend a bunch of time inputting things, and at the end the result is "sorry, no deduction because what you entered isn't more than xy% of your AGI. Same for other deductions like education, etc. Simply put in a note up front that says "if your medical expenses are greater or equal than xy% of your AGI, you may be eligible for a deduction". That would save us the time of tedious entry for a result that is zero.

IRS rejected e file return and when we tried to correct (even though nothing was wrong) I used up my 5 e file authorizations

Keeps Things Organized

Used TT for many years. Generally, simple and neat way to gather and enter data into tax forms. However, have noticed more and more over time that there is a real disconnect between TT and what is going on behind the scenes. I realized taxes and tax code have gotten insanely more complicated but trying to enter information from K-1 into TT is like using a manual written in Chinese to answer questions submitted on a K-1 from India!! Just way to complicated to make simple and thus the compounding of ways to make errors.
