I was charged fees this year that were never charged in the 20+ years I have been using TurboTax. Not sure if I will continue using this product in the future.

The only problem was the charitable contribution kerfuffle....but I found the answer in the TurboTax community. Would be nice if there was a hint on that screen.

I use Turbo Tax every becuase it is very user friendly. I would recommend this product to anyone that doesn't want to pay someone else to do there taxes.

Have used TT for many years and have always found it to address all of my personal and business tax situations. I've used their audit assistance once or twice and the people are very helpful, responsive, and accurate. Would never change to another!
