Makes filing easy

I've used Turbo Tax since 2016 and have never had any issues with the product. Whether I had to pay in, or receive a refund it makes it almost painless.

Cannot import Charles Schwab tax forms

I have been using Turbotax for over 10 years. Your product used to be excellent but this year a lot of people had problem to import Charles Schwab's tax forms with Desktop version. You could check Support Forum, people started to complain this problem since Feb 18th, but there is no workable solution. The solution from Your Support is to enter manually or to blame Charles Schwab. I even installed the update on April 12 and tried again, but it is still displayed BLANK login screen. It looks like the product is NOT compatible with Window 11. Couldn't your development team get the problem fixed????

Great software otherwise being fouled up

over the years TTax has improved and has become a great tool in tax preparation and education. Its tutorial is great and can still be improved.
However, I find it annoying that TTax 2019 and 2020 have been fouled up with unnecessary re-activations which effectively block legitimate subscribers.
Please keep your customers, make things transparent and easy. The software is already paid for and activated, no need for new SNAFUs.

I've used TurboTax for years, even when you used to order the CD and download. This has been the most frustrating experience I've had with the product. I was unable to import my investment information and the system would not allow me to purchase my state filing, so I fiddled around for an hour or so trying to get that to work, to no avail. Decided to file my federal and do the best I could with the state. May end up mailing it in. I will be looking for a new tax prep program next year.
