Mostly easy to use. State taxes are a bit difficult when dealing with different states of residency

TurboTax in trustworthy

This has been approximately the 15th year we have use turbo tax for federal tax filing. There is no small detail that the software does not go over thoroughly and sometime repeated to make sure. I trust turbo tax that it has the latest softwarel updates and the latest tax laws in place to file our taxes

Not user friendly

It was going along ok until I was ready to electronically file fed and CO state and then I was asked how to pay 25 dollars to file the state and since I was not getting Fed money returned I selected credit card and then could go no further. I was on the phone waiting to speak to someone because it said I needed a confirmation code for CO before I could proced. Finally someone came on and it took more than fifteen minutes for her to find and give me the code. This code should have been available on your system without me having to be put on hold to get it. Very disappointed in this years Turbo Tax. We are long time customers and this should not happen.

Efile does not work on iMac platform

Be careful using turbotax for e-filing on iMac. It went through everything and ready to e-file. Paid the state e-filing fee and started transmitting. The, it just showed the e-file didn't go through. The program can not even be started afterward. This really sucks big time. Re-install the program on Windows platform and it goes through everything fine w/o issue. Now Turbo Tax owes me $25 state e-file fee. BTW, the program did send in bug report when it crashed. Hope it help the guys in Turbo Tax to debug the issue.

I have used Turbo Tax For more than 10 years! Always it has helped us to complete our Tax Forms without pulling my hair out!
