turbo tax desktop worse than online

Pretty Good; Still a little confusing!

Turbo Tax has been very helpful; I have used it for Years! I still find it confusing in general. There are sections that I don't encounter until the program goes into review mode; and says that I missed them! Also, when you save and then return, the program does not take you back to where you left off!

I cannot file my taxes without Turbo Tax. I have been using your services for many years. The one time I used one of your competitors, filing taxes proved to be a nightmare!

Turbo tax after more than 20 years

I have been very successful with Turbo Tax. It has allowed this average taxpayer to do his own taxes without paying large fees from other tax preparers for simple tax returns. It has also handled a couple of off the wall issues too.

Turbo Tax was late this year with needed forms

I have happily used Turbo tax for years, filing family taxes, without a complaint. Form 1116 was late this year and I also had trouble filling it out satisfactorily. Directions were lacking for my situation. It was frustrating.
