turbo tax is frustrating

Why are you downloading updates after your taxes are filed. Makes you think they were wrong. When I tried to delete ND return it says to go to View and then forms and then delete. There is no "view" I could not delete it. I just didn't file it. Its gone downhill!

Couldn't prepare state tax without paying

I have been using TurboTax for years and have always been able to prepare (not file) my state taxes without paying extra. This year it asked for an additional $45! So disappointed! Will be looking at other methods for filing my taxes next year.

You fill out all the forms and enter all the data and hope that it was all done correctly. You rely on Turbo Tax that everything is done correctly. I've used it for many years and never had a problem. Just hope this year is the same.

Blue is not a viable color for print for many!

As a certified teacher in two states to teach the visually impaired and now being elderly, I simply must explain to you that the color of blue for print is the most difficult for those of us elderly or impaired to see. Pretty, yes!m Functionaly.NO!!!! I struggled this year reading your forms. MOAN!!!!
