Turbo Tax Frustrating Today

Turbo Tax has been .awesome over the past 20 years. Today, however, it is very frustrating because I cannot get out. The forms are filled out and checked. when it comes to paying by credit card, I put in my personal information, but I cannot get to the page to enter my credit card information. HELP!!!

Turbo Tax is software of choice.

I've used Turbo Tax for over 10 years and it's my preferred software for taxes. I was due a refund, but never received it. When doing taxes for 2021 I discovered the IRS never received my submission. Somehow something went wrong. However, Turbo Tax made it easier to address the problem - submit again but by mail.

TURBO TAX COMES THROUGH WITH FLYING COLORS AGAIN

Works better and better each year, simple straight forward and always help at the click of the mouse or touchpad in my case. I question paying for the program when everyone is bragging about their free versions of all different companies and then TURBO TAX reminds me of something I may have overlooked and gets me more.

Best way to do your taxes

TurboTax, especially if you use it year to year is the best way to do your taxes--it takes all of your information from previous years and populates your forms. It also asks you very clear questions as you go through each step of the filing process

Turbo tax is getting less user friendly

I have been using Turbo tax for the last 10 years. Each year taxes get more and more confusing and the government sends me bills to pay, saying something was calculated wrong. I love the way that Turbo tax walks me through the entire process. I feel that there needs to be better explanations on all of the sections.
