Turbotax Continues to Have Problems

Instructions continue to leave much to desire. Entering numbers in certain fields is challenging. No explanation or need for little boxes. Does not adequately address new items, such as the letter sent out in January by IRS.

The entire software program is incredibly easy to use. It constantly checks for updates, so you are always informed. The step-by-step process makes entry so fast and easy. Being able to compare the previous year while working ensures you don't overlook something. I've used TurboTax for at least 20 years and wouldn't use anything else.

It get's easier to use each year. Or maybe I'm just getting use to using it year after year. Turbo-Tax is great. But, setting up an account to pay for E-File is a major PAIN in the ----

the tax info for 2020 was not correct and the IrS SAID MY REFUND AMAOUNT THAT TURBO TAX SAID I WOULD RECIEVE WAS 1000 OFF FROM THE ACTUAL AMOUNT.
