Thorough, accurate which invokes confidence in filing with Turbo Tax. We have used Turbo Tax for 10 years and the walk through each step makes filing taxes less "frightening" - helps remove doubts of making errors.

I like the ease with which I can enter my information. I wish the software would copy the Driver's license information from the previous year's return and allow you to edit it to make any changes.

Slow, Outdated UI, Horrible Program

20+ year user. Interface hasn't changed at all. Not one iota. Have a high resolution monitor? Oh well. This app was developed for 640x640 CRT's and wont scale up. Everything is miniscule. Try to go through an income or deduction section, but decide that no, you don't quality? Guess what - you just added empty unnecessary forms to your return that you'll get dinged with "errors found" later. Terrible program. The entire thing is a money grab.
