Easy to use. Helpful hints throughout and then a help menu if you need more. Reasonably priced. For those that worry they would make a mistake and get audited; the program has checks and balances to make sure you don't make a mistake and if you do get audited then they have audit defense that you can purchase.

The best helper for filing taxes

We are using Turbota for more than 10 years now. Have started with it as a small business and now are filing as individuals. It has never let us down despite the fact that taxes themselves are becoming more and more compicate, time consuming and change from year to year. Yet TurboTax keeps up with all that and is the most reliable software we have encountered.

I have turbo tax for the pass 5+ years. I have really enjoyed doing my taxes. It's easy and doesn't take a long time. You also get your refund back super quick. I Love it. Thanks Turbo Tax.

Glitchy!

There were many glitches this year. It's deductible would not import, kept making me fill out forms that I didn't need, multiple errors that were not errors.

Great considering what a mess our tax code is

Easy to use, but can get hung up in obscure areas of tax code and can hang on to historical aspects of tax return that no longer apply and it's hard to get rid of them
