Turbo Tax is great!

Used turbo tax deluxe. Was very detailed and organized. Had to talk to a turbo tax expert who was very knowledgeable and helpful.

The help links are great in the Federal tax portion but rare or non-existent in the State portion (Hawai‘i).

I love this program

I have used this product successfully for more than 11 years. I like all the information that it contains. I like being able to have the prompts at the start of the process to help me not skip something and then being able to go back to sections when I find information I hadn't gathered at the time of the the first pass.

Not a quality product

Would not open saved files--had to start the entry process from scratch. Program kept telling me the files were corrupt. Operating on a brand new computer system.

Turbo Tax is an Excellent Tool

The only problem with Turbo Tax is that items are not explained, i.e. nowhere is it stated that Medicare should be entered under other medical costs. i had to look it up on-line. There were several years when I did not enter it...not good. I assumed that it was entered for me as my age should determine that I was eligible. Otherwise, very good program!

It was as easy as I thought it would be. Charged for a extra download and to file state taxes, and it was rejected and had to mail instead of efile. I paid 25 each lost 50.00
