TurboTax Easier to use each year.

I have been using tax software for years. I have tried the Big 3 (Turbo, Act, Block) mostly when Turbo had problems years back but returned to Turbo when they fixed the useability issues. Turbo is easy to navigate and allows you to easily switch between direct form edits and guided prompts easily and clearly. The Guided prompt feature is nice for those who do NOT want to read up on all the confusing TAX codes and just let the software guide you through the myriad of yes/no control blocks that will get you the most savings. Turbo guide essentially takes you through the Fed Tax worksheets skipping things that don't need answers and jumping to relevant form fields and filling out the worksheet as you answer the prompts. Lastly, Turbo seems to do a very good job deciding which options will get you the most benefits.

TurboTax makes tax filing easier

Turbo Tax is so easy to use!

I've used Turbo Tax for many years. Before Turbo Tax, it took so long to do my taxes but now I can complete my return quickly. I started using it because we had some investments and I wanted to be sure I was reporting everything correctly.

didn't allow me to enter my 1098-T and my 1095-B.
It showed that I won't get a Minnesota Property Tax refund, That's not correct, I'll have to complete that manually.

TurboTax missed a form!

My Fed return was rejected form 8962 was missing or in error. I depend on TT to make sure all of the needed forms are accounted for completely and correctly, and it missed this one. I've used TT for many years, always love it. Surprised by this miss.

Turbo tax has no way to directly communicate when

In 2019 my spouse passed away and for some reason still unknown to me I could not file electronically and two years later i still cannot. i still use your software but i would like to know the problem and resolve it. i have rechecked my AGI and all my other information. I get my refund or they cash my check but it is because i mail it.

Makes this convoluted mess of filing our taxes at least doable and quick and gives me security I've done it right.
