turbo tax worked out great for us

Confusion with IRS IP Pin code and E-filing code

Had MUCH confusion with IRS IP Pin 6-digit IRS issued code and 5-digit E-filing code. When there has been identity theft, people get an IP Pin code from IRS. A new one is issued each year. It changes. I Called IRS, took me three hours. My husband doing taxes didn't realize neither of us had an IP Pin number and IT CAN BE BLANK when filing. PLEASE MAKE THIS CLEAR IN YOUR FILE FILLING INSTRUCTIONS. Thank you

Was Below Expectations Set by Previous Years

First, CD purchased would not load so I had to go to TurboTax website and download using Product Key. Then it did not recognize nor download previous years information! It was like starting all over again as a new customer and I am not!
