Incorrect default data

After using Turo Tax since 2015, only this year was there incorrect data as a default. Including pension assumption that it was a govt pension, never had before --- Also, default info related to income in Puerto Rico. I think these errors / default info was coming through in the updates

Makes a complicated process easier!

Income tax regulations are far too complicated for the average person to keep up with. TurboTax makes the filing process more manageable and means I don't have to stay on top of all the tax law changes to pay my taxes correctly.

Never been able to use E-file.

Nice error reporting on E-file rejection. While trying to resubmit for AGI rejection I looked at my 2020 return on TurboTax and my IRS transcript online. Same numbers, so no joy. For E-file I entered my ACH data for payment, but now mailing I need to send a check. Makes sense not to put info on paper in mail. OK. My problem is the phone number displayed to contact TurboTax for help did not have enough digits. If I can't efile what's the point/

Getting worse

The process has become more difficult using your tools, and you have forced us to continue to upgrade to more expensive versions to complete relatively simple returns. We probably won't be using TT in the future.
