Have used Turbo Tax for it seems like since the beginning. I recommend it often to our family and friends. When I have a question it is very easy to search and understand the answer.

Turbo tax works pretty well but 2021 has a bug

Turbo Tax worked mostly well. Made it easy by pulling last year's information in again so I could make edits and not have to do full re-entry. However.....the analysis section in 2021 has a bug. Wanted me to correct 1040 12b amount, but then would not remember my edit. After 8 tries at it, I finally had to skip out of the Analysis section after my correction so that it would remember my edited value and not make me do it all over again and re-enter my corrected value for 12b. This was very frustrating until I figured out how to get around the bug on getting caught on the same error over and over. I feel I should not have paid full price for software with a bug. But the result turned out OK.

Turbo Tax works and I can do it comfortably from my couch while watching football. For context, the Chiefs are currently losing to the Bengals 24 to 21. Every year I do my taxes while watching football and drinking a beer. That's how easy this program is to use.

turbo tax sucks ||

i bought a turbo tax cd at staples and put it into my computer i was supposed to get a free federal return e file and 1 free state return e file and yet i was charged once again another 20 dollar fee to e file my state return. same thing they did to me last year.

Have used it for years and have never been disappointed in its ease of compilation of complicated forms to effect a error free tax report. It is self explanatory and leads you through each stage of the process.

They fix an issue that used to get me mad

They allow me to continue as a guest when paying for state efile. They used to make me log in first and it always gave me problems. It is much better this year not having to mess around with a turbo tax account. The nickname thing is stupid, but the software is great
