I have tried the other tax software providers and always ended up redoing in TurboTax. I even saved a little more with TurboTax. It is so easy to use, 'even a cave man can do it'.

Verifying prior year AGI is poor

For the 2nd year, i was not able to verify PY AGI. Therefore, i was not able to file electronically, for either Federal or state purposes. I also wasted $25 for the attempted electronic filing of the state return.

Not the Best Experience

Everything was great as normal until I came to the part where I had to pay the fee to Turbotax to efile the South Carolina return. The program would not allow me to proceed with the payment via any of my credit cards. I have used Turbotax for as long as I can remember and this was the worst experience I have ever had.

Detailed walk through of each tax area was helpful. I was able to evaluate if filing joint or separately was beneficial - although I would have liked a feature where I could click that option from my joint return to automatically recalculate rather than having to do 3 separate taxes from scratch.
