TT does a great job of helping to determine what documents I need, what is deductible and how easy it is to import my W2 and 1099 data.

More Major Glitches in this software

I could not save my return, it said the file was locked. It kept filling in a Zero Federal Form 8812, which you cannot get past even though you don't have any credit to claim. It also failed to transmit to the Taxing Authority because I could not save the completed return. Every year I have a problem with this software. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the TurboTax software four times - no change - it still is just wrong!

Mediocre Service that of course charges for help

I think it's annoying to have to download a new version each year and be forced to update it every single time you log in. I also have issues where I get stuck in a form I'm filling out accurately and the software identifies an error for which I have no solution because I've entered everything as it shows on my physical form

I Rely on Turbo Tax

No matter what exception item I may have in a given year, I know I can rely on Turbo Tax's solution being correct. That keeps me coming back.
