Confusing - decreasing quality

While TurboTax used to be simple, it is overly complicated and does not let you enter the correct forms - very poor quality and attention to detail

Turbo Tax is Normally great

I had to reload the software three times just to be able to finish and file my taxes this year. The software said there were updates and had to be run first to continue and then the update would error out and then the downloaded fix acted like it worked but still wanted to update and it would error out and the only way around this was to remove the software and re-install it.

The overall UX is fine except for one:
During the smart check process the forms that require attention are available, but extremely tiny and on the bottom left hand side of the window. Its very difficult to notice at first.

Poor lay out, unless you're students. Filing fee for the state is a rip off. Bad retry logic. Pretty amateur effort.

Turbo Tax Program has easy to follow instructions
