Turbo Tax Deluxe 2021

With less and less deductions qualifying, taxes should be easier. Turbo Tax is not making this process easier for the common tax preppers. I have been using Turbo Tax for 15yrs...effortlessly. This yr???? not so. The import does not work! A second W2 is not able to be manually changed(regardless of importing or not the current W2). Disappointed! May have to forgo TT next yr.

Great Software/Big Electronic Filing Fail

Been Using TTD for decades. Normally printed the return and mailed it. Used TTD in 2020, and the electronic file that was sent to the IRS, did NOT include all the information on the return input and developed on my computer. This meant demand letters from the IRS and anxiety for no good reason except the electronic filing failed to show income, I had already entered. Glad I bought Audit Defence, but I almost didn't file electronically this year because of that bad experience.

Excellent software for straightforward tax filing

I have been using Turbotax for a very long time (almost 20 years) and it has been the best tool I have had. Most of our income is from W2s and a couple of taxable investment accounts. For this type of straight-forward filing, Turbotax works great for me.

Worst YEAR ever

did not prompt well. Had to go back through everything on my own

I like using Turbo Tax, but why $40.00 add'l?

I've been using Turbo Tax for many years. Never had to pay an additional $40.00! Why? Federal e-file was free and MD was $25.00. Again, why the additional $40.00?

Turbo Tax was easy to do. I only have one issue and that is when I started it couldn't find my previous years file on my computer. It did not give me an option to manually browse for it. I had to enter all my info myself...bummer.
