Some Major Gaps

Too much promotion of additional services and lack of transparency as to functionality of each version. I had some simple capital gains to report from a stock sale and the recommendation was from the Premier version when the Deluxe version was perfectly adequate. I have been a TT customer for 10+ years and the cross selling and upselling seems to get worse each year.

Dumbest Computer Program Since Windows

It asks you follow up questions even after you answer "no" to something as if you were filling out a form. It is a computer program it supposed to lookup things, make questions intelligent based on your previous answers. I would rather fill the forms than to use this stupid program.
