Very easy to use and install. I had no problems with installing, using or filing.
I do wish they would provide at least 1 free state efile with purchase instead of one of the 5 federal efiles.

Loved that as we got to the end it magically cost more to finish my taxes. Intuit could have baked it into the price, but instead let it surprise me right at the end - Love that customer service!

I have the turbotax desktop product for Mac and I found it worked ok but not great. It does not allow you to e-file an extension request, which is ridiculous. It also had a difficult time when I realized I would be better off itemizing rather than using the standard deduction (I guess it's understandable, if annoying, that TT isn't capable of running the itemized vs standard analysis taking state taxes into account but once I did it for myself it kept defaulting my charitable contributions back into the above the line deduction and then giving me error codes because of that, which did not inspire confidence). I also found it difficult to navigate because some topics were hard to find or presented in odd places-- like requesting an extension, or getting your refund as savings bonds. I also don't understand why when I get a decent sized refund year after year TT insists I should be paying estimated tax and prints out vouchers for me but I just throw those away. And the treatment of 529 funds and qualified education expenses also just seemed way wrong so I had to delete those forms from my return too. I don't think I would trust the online support community for a difficult question but I did not try paying for support.
