It was no where near awesome or free to file

It was supposed to be free to file my federal returns. I had to pay $90 upfront and then at the end you charged me an additional $50 to efile states. We bought this program because it said we had FREE filing. It is not free!!! I will never use turbo tax again. I forgot why I had switched last year and now I remember why.

TurboTax is great!

I've used TurboTax for decades. Although my return is simpler than before I still find the Deluxe version makes doing and filing my returns much, much easier than it would be if done manually. Doing "what if" scenarios is easy and informative. Worth every penny!

Computer Display Headaches

This version was much cleaner and easier to use then prior years. Thank you so much for that. Had issues with my machine to pay for the e-filing, but the lady that was assigned to me to help with my issues was very patient and helped me get thru that issue so I could at least accomplish filing my taxes.

So Easy to Use!

As a senior citizen, technology isn't always my friend. Turbo Tax was so intuitive and simple to use. I answered questions as prompted and we breezed through all my information. And I am confident that I am submitting the most accurate return I can. Great product. I am going to use it again next year.
