Awful installing turbo tax and state return

Awful. could not install turbo tax software without many times having to change my desktop settings to large fonts. That was the ONLY way to get the install buttons to load. Was the same issue downloading my State too. TERRIBLE

step by step, excellent reviews. Several years ago I did paper taxes and Turbo tax after a couple years of everything matching, I stopped with the paper.

It did not function well this year

it transferred last years return but swapped my husbands and my information. The questions on health care made it seem like my health care had stopped, there should have been one more option. There was also in the michigan return sales tax portion, not an option for purchasing online out of the state with vendors that taxed appropriatly. need that option

Software gets worse every year

You tried added a allocation credit to the return for no apparent reason, had I not know to check the forms I would have sent a fraudulent return. I'm honestly shocked you guys have never had a class action because your probably costing a lot of people to receive larger refunds than they are entitled to and therefore causing them repayment. Maybe fix your software first but we all know this will fall on deaf ears.
