Filling forms is easy. Getting returns to process is a pain. Unable to e-file and there is no 'help' available from TurboTax. Spent hours on phone trying to get assistance, spent $20 to file State return which did not go through.

hard time trying to locate different schedules / filing issues / the fix-my-error was not any help / had to file by mail, will I still be charged for state ?

TurboTax Makes It Easy

I've used TurboTax for a least 20 years, so is my go-to Tax software. I've never been unhappy with it. It's straight forward and easy to use. Guides you through and answers any questions you have.

I have been using TT for over 15 years and it has always served me well. I save a lot of money compared to using an accountant. It is detailed and that works for me.
