Installiing/Downloading Turbo Tax

Lot of difficulty installing/downloading Turbo Tax. Was unable to download Turbo Tax due to system being down temporarily when establishing my account. No work around. Finally restarted my computer and was able to install Turbo Tax. Other than that initial hiccup, the program itself is easy to use and quick.

Easy to navigate, review all that is a possible deduction, or needs to be filed.
I have used tax services in the past, none have asked me all that Turbo Tax does. will never do taxes with another venue, online or in person! Customer Service is always available. I have had several years in which my return was increased for things I would have known to include: new windows, siding(weather proofing home), housing someone whose house was flooded.
