Could not open and input any data into schedule "A". Thankfully, the standard deduction is most relevant.
2nd year in a row,...maybe 3rd, where I couldn't e-file because the AGI was not recognized. And now I have to hunt for a "nickname that is not already used?" It's almost like I can't give a less-than-average review without the system preventing me from submitting.

I think that TurboTax needs more explanatory information to help the customers figure out their taxes. Not all of the tax information documents are easy to understand.

Would not automatically take my W2 after it tried my wife's W2. would not let me go back.
It went past the tuition amount and stated that it was completed when going through 1098-T. This happened last year also. Also said that the PA charge would be $20 but when I went to pay, they charged $25.

Filling out my tax returns with turbo tax was a huge hassle. For instance, there was no state W-2 withholding section. So I had to input it in the tax form. Then it wouldn't allow me to e-file my CA return because I input my withholding manually. It said to input it in the federal W-2 section. But there was no state withholding from my W-2 in the interview, greyed out on the form. There was all kinds of confusion throughout.
