This year 2021, was horrible trying to navigate thru. Many blank screens when you wanted to input data. This required switching back & forth between Forms & step by step.

I have been using Turbo Tax for over 10 years - this will be my last. Have had multiple issues leaving me very unhappy and very frustrated.

More complicated than prior years

Since problems arose it would have been helpful to have a number to call. It was not always possible to give a yes/no answer to certain questions and we had to keep backing up to figure out why there were errors. Also our info did not carry over from last year.

2021 Turbo Tax Survey

For the most part, Turbo Tax was fairly simple. There was some confusion with what to print. Also, when e-filing my state tax return, Turbo Tax asked for my credit card number to be entered without showing the amount that would be charged first.

Turbo tax is easy to use; however, it would be nice not to be charged to electronic file the state tax return or at a lower cost. This year it went up to $25
