MADE IT MORE DIFFICULT THIS YEAR

THE SAVING AND REVIEW OF TAX RETURN WAS MORE COMPLICATED AND MORE PEDALING OF PRODUCTS THAN USUAL. DIDNT ESPECIALLY LIKE THE HUCKSTERING OF ADOBE PRODUCTS.

Good but had software error

Turbo Tax worked well as usual except for a software bug in the Child Tax Credit section. If you indicated you were single or had no children, the Review at the end still indicated a problem with the Child Tax Credit. The workaround that my son & I discovered was to go to the Child Tax Credit section and enter it and answer all the questions. Then Review was successful.

I've been a Turbo Tax user for many years now. Over the years the product and filing experience have gotten to a point where it is now almost automatic for me to file my taxes

Could use some changes

Do not require Adobe to print. That was never required before. Go back to allowing 1 free state e-file. I have found variances in Turbo Tax and using another service such as VITA, which is also free and e-files both state and federal returns
