Been using TurboTax for 20 years. Was disappointed this year in the "Refund Processing Service Fee" of $40. It seemed to show up right at the very end after everything was buttoned up and ready to e-file. Yes, I then acknowledged in more than one place that I would pay it but it did not feel good. Will consider alternatives next year as this literally made my $50 Deluxe purchase an additional $40. Not well communicated anywhere that was easily visible

If it weren't for TurboTax, I'd have to pay an accountant or tax preparer to file my somewhat complicated taxes. I'd much rather do them myself, and with TurboTax, I can!

Turbo Tax application- lacking

I have used TurboTax for many years this year there seemed to be an issues with the application. It would get stuck and would not let you enter data into fields. Called for help and it worked for one or two more entries and got stuck again.
