Using Turbo Tax was easy. They guided me throught each step and prepared all forms ad work sheet for me. I have used Turbo Tax for several years now and will continue because of their service and professional care I get. I recommend Turbo Tax for everyone to use.

Definitely not as smooth as previous 16 years

There are several glitches in the 2021 software. Links to fields on the federal form pointing to wrong locations and entry boxes. There are W-2 import issues as well as errors it caught that show the forms were not filled out correctly by the questions presented on the screen.

Update Issue - almost tore my hair out

Got my whole return done & only had to review & file. Turbo Tax wanted to check for updates, so I did. There was an update on 4/7/22, so I clicked to install the update. IT WOULD NOT INSTALL. I tried three separate times and got an error message each time, even after restarting my computer. Finally I uninstalled TurboTax and reinstalled it. That did the trick, but I lost a few years off my life in the process. Not cool.
