TurboTax lets me sleep at night!

Thinking that I would get a refund, like usual, I totally neglected to even file taxes during COVID. (DUMB!). In 2021, I realized I had missed out on benefits (like Federal stimulus checks), so I looked to TurboTax for help. Working with on-line help in a chat, I was told how to access the software for previous years, download, and have TurboTax complete all IRS Forms. Luckily for me, I was due a refund after all, or I would have owed not only back taxes, but also interest & a penalty. TurboTax is so easy, there is no reason for anybody not to file on time every year! Although I dread starting, the feeling of relief and accomplishment when it's in the mail is amazing! Looking forward to doing my 2021 taxes now! This is the first time I turned to Turbo Tax for help in a chat, and the person was quite knowledgable. I have been using Turbo Tax since 2013, and will never use anything or anyone else!

I had a problem and talked to their tax expert who was so nice and effective. We went through the filing documents deliberately and found the problem I was calling about.

Once agian, I was able to complete my Federal and State returns under 1 hour using Turbo Tax Deluxe.
