The refrigerator looks great and fits the space perfectly. Overall, the products has performed as expected. It can be connected to WiFi with a connector and we have chosen not to purchase the connector at this time.

Not in love with this fridge. The ice maker doesn’t hold much ice and clogs frequently when making crushed ice. There is very little door storage. Not a fan of the basket type freezer. The drawers don’t open and close smoothly, it is hard to find things...and it was expensive.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We can understand your frustration when a new appliance doesn't meet your expectations and we are sorry to hear you aren't happy. Please see the following link: https://products.geappliances.com/appliance/gea-support-search-content?contentId=21884 If ice is not dispensed regularly, it may be necessary to empty the ice storage bin and clean the ice delivery chute, the ice storage bin, and the area beneath the storage bin every 2 weeks. Build up of ice shavings could also cause the dispenser to not function properly. Emptying and cleaning the ice bin will remove the ice shavings that might be preventing the crushed ice feature to work. We have owned this fridge for more than 2 years. Shelfs constantly breaking, now one of the door bins just cracked with only a few items in it. Please do yourself a favor and buy a different brand.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
