This model features external electronic temperature controls with a digital display that allows the fresh food and freezer temperature settings to be adjusted from the control panel. To ensure the freezer drawer is properly aligned, we recommend ensuring all shipping materials have been removed and the door gasket is properly installed. If a new filter cartridge was recently installed, air trapped in the water system can cause the dispenser to sputter or spray. We recommend running water through the dispenser for about 3 minutes. Moisture can occasionally collect inside the refrigerator, and ice can form on the freezer wall during periods of high humidity or when the doors are opened frequently or for extended periods.
