Love my new fridge!

This model allows me to see all items clearly.....nothing gets lost in the far back of the fridge! I bought it online and was afraid it would be too small, but I am so pleased with the design of the shelves and drawers. Also, I was used to a top model freezer but quickly adapted to the bottom style. Again, it holds a lot more food than I thought possible. All of my appliances are stainless steel so I wanted a silver stainless fridge. The model was unavailable therefore I settled for the black stainless steel. I am so glad I did! It is beautiful, does not show fingerprints and adds style to my kitchen!

We purchased this fridge because we had limited space and need a counter depth fridge. The fridge has the design we wanted and all the features we were looking for, water dispenser, bottom freezer, stainless steel, etc. All of these are very nice, however once we started filling it with our food, we discovered that we couldn't fit even half of what we were able to store in our old fridge. It was very disappointing. We had to YouTube how to based arrange the shelves to maximize capacity. If we were to do this again, we would pay more attention to the cubic feet and find an alternate fridge.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love that the fridge fits my space, it is large inside. I do find that the freezer space could be a little bigger. Otherwise it is an excellent appliance and very quiet.

No major issues, cools great.

I have used this refrigerator for a little over 6 months with no major issues. I like the layout of the interior. And the overall design. My biggest complaint is with the drawers. They get in a bind when pushing back in. Especially the bottom one the goes all the way across. The crushed ice feature is slow in releasing ice. The unit is a little noisier than I would like while running. These are not major issues and something I can live with, thus the average rating.
