Good looking fridge

Love the outside look. Also like the inside layout. Have encountered 2 problems. If the doors are not closed in the proper order the light will not come on the next time the doors are opened. Also the ice dispenser is very finicky. It also has something to do with the order the doors are closed. Other than those 2 issues I am happy with the fridge.

Freezer

I have had the repair man out 6 times to fix the freezer. It has frost in it all the time. Each time he replaces the door rubber gasket. If I don't defrost it ever week it gets ice build up on the bottom. Then if you open the freezer the ice breaks up and in about 30 minutes, I have a patch of melted water on my hardwood floors. Last night I came home from work and had a lake in my kitchen. My hardwood floors buckled... I went out this morning and bought a new freezer to have in my garage and I will not us this freezer anymore. Very expensive for a lemon!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good refrigerator

We are very pleased after a couple of months of daily use. This is the counter depth , 30 inch wide unit. The depth is great (things don’t get pushed too far in the back) and doesn’t stick out far beyond the cabinets. The width was required to fit our space. Storage in the doors is less than we were used to, but this results in easier to open doors. We’re getting use to the doors either slamming shut (good seal though) or not closing if touch was too light.

We love this product- Counter width still gives plenty of room in this sleek design model. Freezer draw is extra deep. The refrigerator is easy to program without lot of extra bells and whistles.

Silent running great quality

This refrigerator runs almost completly silent alot easier to clean than stainless steel and it has very sturdy handles and shelves

Great for it’s more compact size

We bought a remodeled home & realized that the opening left for the refrigerator was smaller than most fridges. That meant our choices for a quick installed fridge, with ice/water, in black stainless finish, were very limited! We decided to go w this one and it has lots of space, a very well sized freezer, and a perfect fit. My only complaints and reason for 4 stars is 1) the ice dispenser part you push on is already worn after 8 months of use, and 2) the water dispenser is slowwwwwwww. Otherwise, it’s great.
