The refrigerator is nothing that I expected. The drawers in the freezer compartment and in the refrigerator are flimsy.
The water and ice splash into the floor. The refrigerator doors do not close easily. I am very disappointed in the quality of the product. I had a LG in the past but wanted a USA product this time.

Fridge fit perfect in kitchen space! It has plenty of room and lots of features. EG did not disappoint with this fridge! The exceeded my expectations. If you’re thinking about getting this fridge I say get it!

Cools and freezes really well. Top drawer in freezer section easily goes off track but easily gets put back on. The drawers and separations work well but feel like they could crack or break easily if someone was a little too rough.

Solidly built, quiet operation. Expensive. Odd apportioning of shelf space and door-shelf space. Markings on the control panel hard to read.

Hello- Thank you for sharing with us. We are very sorry that this refrigerator is louder than you expected. This is not the ownership experience we want for you and for your family. Modern refrigerators have new features and are more energy efficient than older ones. The foam insulation used in new models has excellent insulating capabilities and is very energy efficient, however it is not as sound absorbent as previously used fiberglass insulation. Hard surfaces such as ceramic tile, vinyl or hard wood floors, walls and kitchen cabinets may make these operating sounds more noticeable.
