A HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!!!

It was defective from day one and that was March 13, 2024. And it was on order since July 2023. The Sears Master Protection Agreement is a sad joke and not a funny one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Decent unit

Refrigerator is a little wobbly. The display is not illuminated so it is difficult to read in low lighting. The unit looks nice and has good features. The water dispenser does drip after use. It is noted in the manual to keep the glass there for a second to catch drips.

We are excited that you are enjoying your refrigerator despite the control panel not being illuminated. It is normal for the water dispenser to drip a little once water is dispensed. If your dispenser is continually dripping after the water has been dispensed, we advise you schedule a service appointment with one of our certified technicians. Very Cheap

Use to always have GE products. This was not in stock so it was sight unseen because I need a certain size to fit in my kitchen. Everything about it is made very cheap. Didn’t have many choices.

Avoid this lemon

We paid a lot extra to get a counter depth refrigerator. We have it in a condo we occasionally use. Recently we went there and it was hot and the food had spoiled. We unplugged it, cleaned it out and plugged it back in. It seemed to work, but died again a month later. We called for a service person to see it, and stated the compressor was dead. We have owned it for 2 years, so it is not covered by the warranty.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
