Has best customer service.

I cannot help to say this refrigerator was designed by a bachelor that has no interest in cooking or storing food!
One must be a single person using the smallest containers to be able to fit anything in this product.
The appliance store felt this was the best customer service Company to be able to service this product.
The side shelves are much to narrow and hard to fit any condiments on the shelf.
Freezer bins are so misshapen cannot fit a weeks worth of product in them. very misleading looking at the store.

It’s ok

First unit had to be exchanged due to ice maker/ water dispenser not working. 2nd unit is working but compressor cycle is loud.

Not so great features

This particular unit is giving us too many issues, for example 3 of this unit with less than a year the compressor has been damaged and replaced 2 times and after running out of the warranty again the compressor had damaged again, frozen issues inside regularly, this product has been a nightmare for our property soo far
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Highly disappointed with this refrigerator for the price. I’ve had less expensive refrigerators that were much better and not as difficult to troubleshoot.

Great Fit!

So well figured out as a fit-in-an-odd-space design. Smaller in cubic feet than my last fridge, but it is laid out bigger. So glad there are still quality refrigerators made for this odd space. Hope they keep this size going so I don't have to do major kitchen reconstruction to fit the larger styles.
