Freezer creating frost

Water and ice dispenser spits ice out ice very, very, forcefully Freezer is creating frost. Not sure if this is normal or controllable.

Perfect for me except for the noise

Very loud. Other than the noise it makes running, it's perfect for me. I love the extra room in the freezer since the ice maker is in the refrigerator door.

I cannot help to say this refrigerator was designed by a bachelor that has no interest in cooking or storing food! One must be a single person using the smallest containers to be able to fit anything in this product. The appliance store felt this was the best customer service Company to be able to service this product. The side shelves are much to narrow and hard to fit any condiments on the shelf. Freezer bins are so misshapen cannot fit a weeks worth of product in them. very misleading looking at the store.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

First unit had to be exchanged due to ice maker/ water dispenser not working. 2nd unit is working but compressor cycle is loud.
