First time purchasing a refrigerator with ice and water on the door. cubed ice is excellent, crushed not so much, not completely crushed and it scatters everywhere, mostly winds up on the floor or in the freezer. the french doors don't have a stopping devise to allow them to only open at a 45 degree angle and they swing open and bang into the counter or other appliances. now I have a scratch on my new door :(

Good refrigerator for small space

Looks very nice. Says it’s finger print resistant, but does not seem to be. Hard to get used to the much smaller freezer space, but don’t think it’s really smaller, just have to organize correctly. The doors swing open if you don’t actually push them closed. Not a problem except when it’s next to a wall the doors swing open into. The refrigerator seems to leak some water onto the top of freezer door that creates an ice spot. The shelving inside refrigerator does not give a tall enough space for a gallon of milk, took a shelf out. It makes some weird noises that can be loud but not too bad. Still trying to figure out best configuration, but think overall it is a good buy.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Too many issues.

The fridge feels like a lot less storage space despite being dimensionally bigger than my former fridge. It started out making a loud, rumbling sound from day one. I finally got it repaired after 2 months of back and forth. They also replaced the freezer fan which was under recall. Now my ice maker stopped working two days later. Not happy.

Jury is out until I get a good thermometer. My two thermometers were measuring identical -22F in the freezer. Service guy says to get a digital one. Coming today so I will see if we keep this or not. Two identical GE refrigerators were measuring the same.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The refrigerator is good-looking. Water sometimes drips from the dispenser when opening and closing the door. Ice seems to form a cluster and sits on the top of the ice bucket.
