The smaller size works well in my space. I do wish the tray in the water dispenser was removable so you could remove it to clean and it could catch stray water from the dispenser itself.

The refrigerator works well so far, we've only had it a couple of months so we can not speak to how long it will work well. We like being able to check the freezer and refrigerator temperature right on the door. The crushed ice feature could work a little better, (takes a long time to get crushed ice), cubes and water work well. The unit is noisier than I would expect for the money. If you have the room for a 36", I would go with that, this one seems much smaller than our old 36" Haier counter-depth model but because we have a wall on one side of the refrigerator our space is limited and the way the doors swing on the hinges we were forced to downsize this time around.
The matte finish is nice since it doesn't show all the fingerprints and smudges.

Love the look

I really liked the idea of french doors and bottom freezer, but it's taken a bit of time to get used to the differences from the top freezer single door that I had before. We always seem to open the wrong door first, and the bottom freezer isn't as easy to view the contents as a freezer at eye height. Also, the capacity difference from the regular depth to counter depth takes getting used to as well. The ice and water dispenser on the door has lights which is nice, but nothing to catch drips. Makes you clean up quickly! Overall I really like it and once we get used to the differences (we had the other fridge for 25 years!) it won't be an issue anymore.

The water dispenser is good, the front door opens and closes very well, the drawers for vegetables and or freezer don’t slide smoothly
