Broken freezer door handle

Keeps food cold. looks nice. ample storage, but freezer door handle brook off due to flimsy plastic parts. We did not abuse this in any way.

Perfect Size

I was replacing a counter depth refrigerator that was 33”. This size is sometimes hard to find. This model was the perfect size and fits nicely into the same space as my previous refrigerator. The two negatives are the quality of the drawers. They don’t pull out smoothly and at times feel off track. Also the side drawers on the left side of the inside door aren’t very wide and doesn’t lend it self to being useful 
I would recommend this to a friend!

After waiting for it to be made for over 6 months finally was installed. One year after all the ice taste like a chemical and the whole Refrigerator smells like the ice tastes. II have called for repairs with no answers. Anyone who buys any GE product be prepared to be ignored.

After 3 months, it needs to be repaired!!!

UGGGHHH!!! We spent too much money on this way too small refrigerator for it to break down only after three months!!! The unit makes strange noises and continues to freeze our food in the fridge. We were told to unplug it and plug it back in…. No change. Terrible refrigerator!!!

Not good for the money

My Fridge is three years old and already breaking down. The freezer and Fridge is not getting cold. The repair part is three times the cost of my old fridge repair part. The same part different Fridge maker. Also the ice cubes don't make enough no sense in having one on this fridge. But, that is my opinion.

GE really ?

Purchased this refrigerator for a basement apartment and didn’t use it until after the warranty was up. Less than 6 months of using it, the defrost cycle for the freezer stopped working. The main control board was the issue. Apparently GE already has an updated main board. Obviously they know it’s an issue. Also had issues with a GE microwave purchased at the same time. Again wasn’t used until after the warranty. When used for more than 3 minutes the overload protector shut it down. Happened approximately 6 times. Now it doesn’t heat up anything. In the garbage it goes. So extremely disappointed in this company. I will never purchase anything from this company again. Goodbye GE !!

Bad Quality

We bought this fridge in Oct of 2019. We loved the color of this fridge which was one of the main factors behind why we purchased it.
However, in summer of 2020 the fridge randomly started beeping at strange intervals and eventually would not stop beeping at all. We had to call a repair person out to look at it and they found out the entire control panel had gone bad and were forced to replace it. Thankfully this was under warranty. Fast forward to today and it is starting to do the same thing. I suspect within the next few days it’s going to start beeping without stopping. Again. This time when we have to replace the entire control panel it will no longer be under warranty.
Great fridge if you only need something temporary - not long term investment.
