The counter depth makes our kitchen look so much bigger! Love the French doors ; only have to open one door most of the time, saves energy.

This is my first day first couple hours with the product- east set up, 18 cu ft seems pretty large inside, I think the freezer is smaller than my old one though. It’s ok, I had to throw out half the contents of the old one, the food was expired anyway. I really love the compact space it takes up, possibly even smaller than my very old refrigerator! I wanted counter depth, insisted on it! And I’m very happy with it so far
I would recommend this to a friend!

Looks wonderful in our kitchen. The refrigerator is a perfect fit for our space but the freezer is a bit small. The interior lighting is great and the adjustable shelves are easy to use. Cleaning simple inside and out. Ice and water features are nice. And it's quiet! Which is a big plus in our open floor plan
I would recommend this to a friend!

Had my refrigerator for four Days and it quit working. Lost a lot of food didn’t figure. I’d have to worry about a brand new refrigerator. They don’t make anything like they used to everything you buy. Today is junk very disappointment.

Hi there,
Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback regarding your new GE french-door refrigerator. We are sorry to hear that there is moisture on the outside of your refrigerator. We are happy to provide troubleshooting information to help resolve the issue.
If you are experiencing moisture between your refrigerator doors:
- Check your fresh food and freezer doors for splits or tears in the gasket. Gaps in the gaskets can also cause a moisture issue. Moisture on or around the case could be a result of improper air clearances between the sides or top of the refrigerator and adjacent cabinets.
- Check to see if your refrigerator has an Energy Saver feature. If your refrigerator has an Energy Saver feature, wipe the exterior surface dry and turn the Energy Saver off or select "Set Here If Moisture Appears On Exterior." Turning the Energy Saver feature off will increase the electricity used; however, the heaters will now be used help minimize moisture around the doors.
If you continue to experience this issue, we recommend scheduling a service appointment with GE Appliance factory service team. We are confident they can accurately diagnose and repair the issue at-hand.
Thank you, -Devin@GEA
