The freezer is poorly designed

Very disappointing. I thought this was a good brand but design leaves a lot to desired. It is noisy.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Fridge!

This unit was pretty difficult to get in the door. We live on the second floor and the delivery guys did an amazing job! They set everything up and we're very pleased with the refrigerator! Ice maker works great and plenty of storage! Highly recommend!

Great fridge but beware of the ice machine!

Positives:
- very spacious
- lots of drawer and shelf space
- temperature keeps well
- each drawer has a specific temp range, so you can store fruits, vegetables, dairy, and meat in their own areas with their own temps
Negatives:
- ice machine broke after four months of usage, but GE replaced it with a brand new fridge within a week!
- freezer is a little small, so we have a second freezer in the garage to help with space issues
- water on the inside works well, but it's kind of annoying to have to hold the button for the water instead of being able to just lean the cup against the button. Very minor annoyance.

Perfet fit for our kitchen and provides Mutiple shelves and storage bin. Pull out freezer door with multiple bins and ice maker tray is great too. The stainles steel and black trim looks great,

This refrigerator is small. The refrigerator (another 33" unit) was bigger. We will try reconfiguring the shelves to see if we can maximize the space. Also the freezer is 1/2 the size of the previous unit. The freezer also gathers a lot of frost on the food in the top basket.
