So far all the features work (we haven't installed the water line yet, so can't comment on that). Refrigerator maintains the desired temperature and operates quietly (again, can't speak to the water dispenser or ice maker). The stainless-steel surface scratches easily, so make sure you're super careful when installing the handles.

Nice fridge

I knew I would be losing some interior space with this fridge since it’s a counter depth but it actually works fine for me. Love the door trays -makes everything so handy. And the fruit and vegetables drawers are plus with its own temperature regulation. The exterior stainless steel lives up to its claim of being smudge proof which is great. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is there’s not a lot of space for tall items. And the freezer is really small. I guess the plus side of that is you don’t end up accumulating a ton of food you end up forgetting about. All in all I’m very happy.

This refrigerator is so cheaply made. Although it’s only 2 months old, I expect it to break at any minute.

I love everything about this refrigerator except the freezer is a little too small. But I love everything else including the lighting the shelves, the doors, the look of the refrigerator it’s just fabulous. I know that it will save me money on my electric bill. Tren

I bought my refrigerator to replace a 10yr LG counter depth. I only had a 34.5 inch wide opening. Now a standard size counter depth fridge is 36, so I had to settle for something smaller. My repair man recommended a GE because they don't repair a lot of them. He said not to get ice or water in the door because those are the items they repair most often with any fridge. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the freezer is small. The ice maker tray takes up almost half of the one sliding tray and the bottom section is deep, but shallow..Otherwise, it has a good sized refrigerator and works well. Plus you can still call a person at GE for assistance. I was provided a bypass plug at no cost since I didn't need to use a fridge filter to clean the water for ice and water dispenser.

I love the looks of this refrigerator & ease of cleaning off fingerprints. Disappointed in the size of freezer.

Small and Noisy

We needed a refrigerator with a smaller footprint but the interior space is very small, especially the freezer. Not suitable for more than 2 people. Also, at times there is a noisy sound of something vibrating. It looks good except for these two big issues. I would think twice about buying another GE refrigerator.
