Beautiful refrigerator! Very classy and also has great interior space. We love the water dispenser inside. Ice auto shut off a must for our use. Definitely quality at a fair price!

Loyal GE Customer Disappointed

I needed to replace my 14+ year plus GE french door fridge.
I reviewed my refrigerator options on ABT's website and thought I did my homework.
The refrigerator was the same measurement as my old GE and I ordered it online as I was ill and couldn't get to the store.
The refrigerator is nice looking and just made it into the space.
I was disappointed that the freezer is quite a bit smaller than the old one and the fridge interior is shallow.
The door shelves are difficult to adjust and not of the same quality plastic as my old one. The shelf cracked in the process of adjusting it and I will need a new one.
Some reviewers complained about it making an annoying noise, it didn't bother me.
I don't think appliances are made to last as long as they used too.
GE has a good reputation and I'm counting on it.

Should have got this sooner!

I wanted a French door counter-depth refrigerator but most I looked at either didn't have filtered water or an ice maker or were poorly laid out. This refrigerator had everything I wanted and more! Very stylish. Door shelves are deep and spacious. Meats, cheeses, fruits, and veggies have their very own bins. The top shelf can slide back for tall items. Love the sliding components in the freezer for custom layouts. The ice maker replenishes quickly - no more running to the store during a party!

Great Features But Small Shelves

This is a great value, but the shelves are small. There is tons of space on the doors, almost too much. With the large door compartments, it limits the depth of the shelves.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
