Stopped cooling (in less than 2 years)

I purchased and installed this refrig - as part of a total kitchen renovation (installed 5 other GE products - 2 of which have since stopped working). In May 2020. In 2 years of minimal use - this refrig has stopped working. Ice cream melts in fhe freezer even tho the freezer temp reading says 32 (the lowest it will go). And milk spoils in 2 days (again, temp is set at the recommended 35). TERRIBLE PRODUCT. I now have to find a repair service - and get this fixed ASAP. I hope someone at GE reads this - and offers to help

Good lighting

I like the lighting. You can see everything.
I did have to turn temperature up to 39. The recommended 37 would cause freezing of food and the condensation to freeze.

I love how compact it is and it seems to be very fingerprint resistant. The ice maker is wonderful.

Already has condensation inside and ice in fridge

It looks nice, drawers are cheap, condensation and ice already accumulating inside of the refrigerator compartment.. it's also noisy gurgling consistently.. pretty odd.. at least when I called for service they are sending someone very promptly.. in 25 days.. yeah if the fridge was completely broken I could wait a month to fix it..I assume you couldn't or wouldn't want to either!' There are better looking and much much cheaper options out there..I chose GE for service in my area.. obviously just because they have more technicians available in my area it doesn't result in quick service and because I chose a more expensive more established brand doesn't mean it's more reliable, quiet or well bring faster service.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We have loved previous GE appliances and ordered this fridge based on that. I like the look and dimensions of this refrigerator. Unfortunately, we have had an issue with the freezer seal. The freezer isn’t sealing and that is causing frost to build up. We have had this fridge less than a month and have called to have the seal issue repaired. The repair is scheduled three weeks out so I don’t know yet weather this is an issue that will be easily resolved. I am discouraged that after spending 2k on an appliance I am now having to take time off work to be home for a repair.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Looks good - enough room for us

There are only a handful of options with a 33” width and this is one of them. We were worried about not having enough room with the counterdepth model but so far it is plenty big. Fridge looks nice and there were no defects that we could find. The one thing that is a little dissapointi g is the freezer size but thats a compromise we were willing to make.
